Ordering and Paying
Step 1 – Add item/s to cart.

Step 2 – Click on shopping cart (located at the top right corner of page) then choose Checkout.

Step 3 – Fill in billing information and click Complete button.

Step 4 – Review information and click Proceed to Payment button. You will then be redirected to PayPal's page.

Shipping and Handling
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Shipping & Handling costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.
The shipping & handling costs for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
All shipping charges stated on this site are for orders shipped to an address within the Australia and Overseas where applicable.

How do I return an item?
We know that sometimes you order the wrong size or get an item that does not meet your expectations.
We also believe that your satisfaction as a customer is our first priority.
In all cases for returns and exchanges, email sales@birdiegolf.com.au to initiate the return/exchange and obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) number.
Returns: We operate a no hassle returns policy. All goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipping provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Once items are received we will review and inspect the items and apply the appropriate credits.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:
All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date for your item. Please send back the items need to be exchanged with a copy of your invoice. Also include a note on the invoice or separate sheet detailing the items that need to be exchanged. All items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Once received and inspected, replacement will be shipped out.
For expedited or rush exchange requests, please re-order the product in the correct size or with corrected options and initiate a return for the unwanted items.

Cancellations:
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have clicked "Confirm Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please us at sales@birdiegolf.com.au. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Opening up and Account
Opening an account on www.birdiegolf.com.au is easy. Simply click My Account or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order. Accounts details are verified before you can place an order.
